Cider made with a blend of apples and grape skins from organically farmed or untended orchards, organically farmed vineyards, and  organically farmed and dry farmed vineyards currently being planted, all on the San Juan Islands and Salish Sea region in WA. No additions at any time (no sulfites, yeasts, or sugars added). Sparkling and lively. Notes of strawberry, black cherry, and white flowers. Pairs nicely with lamb, creamy cheeses, or brunch.

Chill well before opening.
